When you contact us

We use the name, email, company, website address and project details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Only name, email and your message are required. Please avoid including confidential information in your first enquiry.

How your message reaches us

Online enquiries are delivered to Webgate’s team through our configured email service. If online delivery is unavailable, the form offers an email draft in your own email application. Opening a draft does not send it; you choose whether to send it.

Website preferences and hosting

Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser. This website does not run its own advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Booking a conversation

The “Talk to our team” page includes a Calendly calendar. Calendly receives the booking details you enter and processes information needed to provide scheduling. Its embedded calendar provides its own cookie choices. We use your booking details to arrange and follow up on the conversation. See Calendly’s privacy information.

Article videos connect to YouTube only after you choose to play them. YouTube processes playback requests under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Case studies, professional profiles and the “Ask AI” links open third-party services. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. Your form details are not included in the AI links.
